The long-awaited sequel to the original Patty Jenkins movie for the DC Extended Universe has had something to talk about, officially giving it a 'Wonder Woman 1984' rating.
After three years of waiting, fans of Diana Prince, played by Gal Gadot, Wonder Woman 1984 wikipedia will be able to see her next big adventure on the big screen this August.
The sequel was originally slated to premiere on June 4, but Warner Bros. had to postpone the release date as a result of Covid-19, moving to a date for August 14, thus far.
However, that doesn't mean we can't get excited about the new Jenkins movie, though the fans' concern was whether Warner Bros. would continue to make special-rated superhero adaptations, such as' Joker 'and' Birds of Prey '.
These past few weeks have been kind to DCEU fans as they have been able to see many new images from 'Wonder Woman 1984', including magazine covers showing the Princess of the Amazons in her golden eagle armor.
It's safe to say that fans can barely contain their excitement, unfortunately they will still have to wait almost 4 months for the film to hit theaters, and even more so if the pandemic is not extinguished by then.
